We all know what it feels like to have an unbalanced life- too much work, not enough sleep, too many racing thoughts, not enough peace of mind and far too much seriousness and not enough play. Sound familiar?
I believe that to achieve Balance For Maximum Wellness you need to think and more importantly, choose to live your life in a way that encompasses the body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony.
A saying that I made up many years ago and what I consider to be my personal motto is, “Let the Body Work, Let the Mind Relax and Let the Spirit Play”.
I try to live by that motto personally as well as professionally. I am travelling on my life journey with a sense of fun, creativity, continual learning, imagination, joy and curiosity and I have made my living in the fitness world by using the same characteristics.
